I voted JJ...but that was a hell of a win. No team as overcame a deficit like that in Buffalo since forever.
I thought they said 40 plus years
1968 so 54 years!
But it's only been 24 years. In 1998 the Rams overcame a 28-10 3rd quarter deficit in Buffalo to win 34-33. The slacker Vikings only overcame a 17 point deficit.
The largest road deficit the Vikings have overcome in recent memory was in 1999 when they trailed the Broncos 12-0 halfway through the 2nd quarter, and won 23-20. The largest came in 1985, and was one of the most impressive comebacks in NFL history. They trailed at Philadelphia 23-0 with 8:46 to play and won 28-23, scoring 4 TD's in 7 minutes.
Kirko Puffs largest road comeback (before Sunday) was 12, when he trailed the Giants 21-9 in the 2nd quarter and won 29-27.
His largest with the Vikings came the week before, in Washington, when he trailed 17-7. Before that it was in 2018 at Detroit when he trailed 9-0 in the 2nd quarter and won 27-9.
