If Gardner, Hamilton, Stingley & Davis were gone by pick 12, this is what I'd like to see using Rich Hill's value chart. Note: this year is weird, so I expect to see a lot of undervalued trades, but I made this equal just for simplicity.
Trade 12 & 192 with LAC for 17 & 79
Trade 17 to GB for 22, 92, & 171 (8 extra points cause it's Divisional Team - Packers don't have a 6th)
22 = CB Kyler Gordon, Wash (age 22.4) - maybe a bit of a reach, but my gut says get this guy. This puts Dantzler behind P2 where Cam played more natural in his rookie year
46 = IOL Cole Strange, Chatt (age 23.8) - probably 2nd most linked guy to Vikings besides Stingley, and he won't last much past this spot, let's get Bradbury's successor.
Trade with NE for pick 54 giving up 77, 92 & 250
54 = WR Alec Pierce, Cincy (age 21) - can be used outside WR so JJ can move inside, solid blocker, and eventually Adam's replacement
79 = DE Perrion Winfrey, Okla, (age 21.5) - Day 1 starter? He doesn't need to be a stud, just add more burst & quickness and help the Defense stop the frickin' run.
The trades would also change day 3 and give them 2 x 5R (156, 171) and 2 x 6R (184, 191). I have had enough 7th rounders for a couple of years. But here is a good spot to pick up the depth and development guys at TE, RB, S, and maybe a 2nd CB.
