Looks like the ride is slowing down and slim pickings left available.

The Goat, TB12 retired, for about 50 days and unretired... maybe a farewell tour is appealing.

Aaron resigned allowing making it possible to send away his top WR in a trade but the do gets some draft capital.

The biggest mover looks like Russell Wilson to the Broncos. Seattle is now in need of a QB.

Next big mover has to be Watson to the Browns... Baker now demanding a trade. How many games does he get from NFL discipline?

Atlanta and Carolina were in on Watson but struck out so they are looking for upgrades.

Miami Dolphins... Tua looks like he gets a pass and another year to prove he is not a bust.

Washington Redskins er Commoders get Carson Wents. His 3rd team in 3 years. Nuff said, they will prob draft a QB .

The Colts are in need, reportedly Mayfield wants to go here.

The Steelers signed Trubiski, not an upgrade but does bring some physical skill that they never saw with Rothlesburger.

Vegas Raiders are sticking with Carr so they went out and got him upgrades around him.

Lions sticking with Goff.

Texans traded Watson, had a decent rookie year from Mills, have lots of draft choices for years...

Vikes kept Kirk some hate it some see it as the right move, it looks like they think they are competing in 22.

Saints ? Bortles looks like #1 on the chart but they have to do something right?

Giants another year of Jones?

So as I see it, the Colts, Seahawks, 49ers, Saints, Falcons and Panthers need QBs.

Available or maybe available are Garrapolo, Mayfield, Winston, and maybe Darnold and Love.

What did I miss?

Trubisky is absolutely an improvement on Mason Rudolph, we may like to make fun of Trubiscuit, but Rudolph is another level of awful. I actually like Trubisky at $7M a year for the Steelers, believe it or not.

Yup, the Giants may choose to spend a Day 2 pick on a QB, but they're rolling with Jones (they're already signed Tyrod Taylor to a pricey backup deal). They're going to see if getting rid of Judge and Garrett and replacing them with Daboll might fix him.

If the 49ers need a QB, then Lynch should be fired for moving 3 1sts for Lance.

I find it interesting that Watson went for 3 1sts, almost the same price for Lance. Of course, their contracts couldn't be more different...

Lance has to be long term plan but he just wasn't ready last year... Maybe they see him as the starter, but they would need a seasoned vet to be in the QB room.

Right... but if they can't get much for Garoppolo, they may as well keep him then.

Wow, I only thought the Falcons were moving on from Ryan if the Watson trade was happening. Taking a $40M dead cap hit is staggering, but their roster is terrible and winning with Ryan was not going to happen, so it's a move that makes sense for both sides. It's got to be disappointing moving their 14 year starting QB for only a 3rd, somehow half the price of Wentz.

I like the move for Indy, as it barely cost them any draft capital and I think his play will have a slight rebound compared to what he was able to do with limited weapons in Atlanta (at least in 2021). The Colts will pay him $23.75M in 2022 and $28M in 2023. Still, they should have an eye on developing a QB of the future, since Ryan is not the kind of QB who's going to get them to the promised land. But they also have issues at LT and WR that need to be addressed.

The Falcons will continue to rebuild their team, and appear to have their sights set on Mariota at QB. This move should help them land a top 5 pick in the 2023 draft and potentially land them a QB there.

Also:

A logical move, but it drains most of their cap room. Winston looked decent in his few starts last year.

I know right? Why is it that when a team gives up 3 or even 2 1sts for a rookie QB who may or may not suck, it is no big deal, but when Wilson gets 2 1sts + and Watson 3 1sts, it is the next Herschell Walker trade?

Then they should probably do what the they did to get their last two guys. Draft him.

Ryan for a 3rd is an okay value compared to Wentz, but at some point they need to just bite the bullet, bottom out, and draft a QB.

Here is to hoping that what happened to the Colts after going from Manning into Luck happens to the Packers after going from Favre into Rodgers.

Didn't he complete nearly 70% of his passes, throw 2 TDs to 1 INT and have a 10.83 YPA in his final start last season? Granted it was against Houston, but outside of his one start against AZ I thought he looked pretty good every time he saw the field.

The Niners will not trade Jimmy G to Seattle and I see Love or Mayfield being a good fit there for one of their 2nds or even 3rd. That might be a draft day trade though, similar to when Miami missed out on who they wanted in the draft and spent a 2nd on Rosen.

I expect Carolina to throw picks at the 9ers to get Jimmy G unless that shoulder injury is too big of a concern for teams. Their other option would be to trade up to #1 to get Willis, because he will not get past Detroit or Houston.

I suspect Houston doesn't draft the 2nd or 3rd best QB in this draft and instead go with a guy like Mayfield. They have the picks to get pretty much whoever they want in the next draft now, and Mayfield at least gives them a chance to be a little competitive this year.
