I don't want to be a jerk, but you have got to be kidding me. The man is 44 going on 45 and you seriously expect me to think he is just ageless in the most violent sport in the country?
That is all I have to say on this
I'm not a journalist. I can say whatever I want.
But let me ask you something else. Do you believe college players are paid to go to certain schools? Because they are. It's a fact. Read about "The Bagman"
It was a piece written back when I was in college. If you foolishly believe sports are clean then I have a bridge to sell you man. Athletes start doping in high school. I don't care how often they get tested. Lance Armstrong, Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, et al cheated. Ergo, their contemporaries cheated as well. Shawn Merriman and various others have been busted for PEDs for years. Let me ask you, why would they cheat if their contemporaries were not? And if their contemporaries knew, then obviously they would start doing it as well.
These people get paid HUNDREDS of millions. Hundreds. Not one million. Not 10. 100. 120, 140, 250 million dollars to play these sports. Tom Brady is regarded as the greatest to ever play. How do you imagine it would reflect on the NFL to have someone so publicly known as Tom Brady to be found guilty of cheating? The Patriots were constantly found to be cheating for years. How many scandals? Come on dude, live in the real world, not the one the NFL wants you to believe.
Cheating is normal in sports. There's too much money and fame to be earned. It's been a thing for decades, and there's no reason to believe pro athletes, especially in a physical sport like football where careers are short and every contract could be your last, aren't cheating.
Tom Brady clearly is. Now if you don't want to believe that I can't force you. But you are just burying your head in the sand... take a look at pro athletes in the 60s and look at them now. Conditioning didn't change. Diets might be a little better, but offensive linemen weigh 100 lbs more now and the defensive players are inhumanly muscular. I believe my eyes, but you can believe whatever you want.
