Reading between the lines, it appears that Keenum is vaccinated. However, it's probably time to move on from this. Up until the recent changes, getting people back sooner, vaccination status didn't make a significant difference. A lot of vaccinated players missed games, too.
If you want to question if Cousins is a true leader or not - absolutely, you have a point. And maybe this even ties in a bit, but then you'd also have to say the same about Cook, Thielen, Smith, etc.
I recently read something that Cousins is a good passer, but not a good quarterback. It's about leadership and team comradery. I've said for a while, in 2018, Cousins was the best quarterback available, but that doesn't mean he was the best for this team. Zimmer knew that. He also knew if it didn't work out, he'd be fired. Here we are.
He also loved Bradford - whose knee also couldn't be trusted! Rumor has it, Zimmer even preferred Keenum over Cousins. He really didn't want to overpay for Cousins. And everyone has said how close that 2017 locker room was. It starts with QB - and literally all of them were gone.
