Week 9 - Beat The Ravens Support Group

As a player I would never quit. I am not playing though anymore. I am a fan now spectator like everybody else. So it's not me competing. I am also a realist and understand when a morale win won't make a difference. So my hope is for us to aim toward the future and hope the next door can be the magic door. No guarantees it will, but I am willing to try because I know this one not going to get it done. My regime change is aimed to give my team a chance at a better future.

It could be more of the same, but until we try and it's not my job to make the right hire. That will be key, but it's like a relationship. You in a abusive relationship that your partner treats you bad and hits you. Another person comes along. I am the type to take the chance and go with that person. I would and if I gave advice to someone I would say move on. Not knowing if it will be better or not, but knowing the position I am in now sucks, you know it is toxic, so I might as well give it a shot with another. Same concept here. After 8 years I know it will never happen so I want to change partners and see what happens. Will never know until you try.

How I have to explain why I want a regime change is so silly get the message or don't some people are so slow mo. My intentions should be clear. A championship organization with consistency.
