Cousins, Cook, Thielen, and Jefferson are all top guys at their positions.
They are in the top 10 in both passing and rushing.
Cousins has only been sacked 9 times this year, so the O-Line has protected him very well.
They protect the ball and are one of the best teams in the NFL at not turning it over.
I believe the Vikings offense is the most similar to ours than anyone else in the league. I can't help but think this is going to be a shootout and the team that has the ball lasts wins.

I would rather play the Vikings offense than the Buccaneers offense. We beat this team with Dalton. It will be a close game but the Vikings aren't a top 10 team in this league right now like I keep reading on this forum.
Kirk Cousins is absolutely a 10 ten QB and has been for years now.
This is more of a must win for Vikings sitting at 3-3 if they want to be a serious WC contender. It would also be a staple win for them.
If Dak is close to a 100% we should come out on top. But it wouldn’t be surprising at all to be upset .
The line opened at Dallas - 2 1/2 and moved to - 1 1/2 so the early big money went on Vikings.

I think we’ll be cursing our defense after this one. And possibly even our offense too if they continue to stop themselves and struggle in the red zone. Points will be much needed in this one.
They've played 3 teams with a winning record. We've played 2.
We both have played the Panthers.
We played the Giants, Eagles, and Pats. They've played Seattle (WITH Russell Wilson) and Detroit.
They've played overall tougher competition than us. What's your point?

I’m actually more concerned about Vikings defense . Zimmer has the potential to cook something up to go after Dak knowing his mobility could be limited.
I expect Cowboys to try and establish more of our running game and Zimmer like Belichick may have plans to shut that down.
That to me is the key in the game . If our offense is stifled then we could be in trouble .

Vikings are definitely a threat. This game sets up for a mild upset. Wouldn’t surprise me at all.
You should always have respect for the team you are about to play. Vikes do have a lot of talent and capable of winning. However Cowboys also are a highly talented team and I don't see why people should be afraid to say so and to have confidence in this team. Last season Dallas played this Vikings team in Minn and did so with Dalton at QB, an OL that was in disarray due to injuries and the Cowboys walked out with a win. Seems to me some are just looking at this game and saying Cowboys could lose this game and that is ok so they can cope with losing since they are already accepting it.
Cousins is better than some here give him credit for.
But knock him down a couple of times and he has trouble seeing downfield.
At least so far this year, Cousins and Dak are literally tied (at 7th) in the bottom-line Combo Stat that includes Passer rating and TD/Turnover differential.

The Vikings are going tp provide a big test for the Cowboys. Outside of the Bucs and Chargers, they are the best team the Cowboys will have faced to date.
The problem Minnesota faces in this one is their inconsistent offense. Twice this year, they’ve been held to under 20 points, including a performance where they scored just 7 against the Browns. Yet, in three other games, they put up 30 or more. It’s tough to know which version of the Vikings & Cousins we will get in this one.
Dallas has been consistently putting up points this year. They are currently first in the NFL in points scored per game (34.2) & yards per game (460.8). It'll be a shootout no doubt but Big D will be leaving Barneyville with a W.

As I have stated before, this Vikings offense has faced four top ten defenses out of their six games. Their three losses are by a total of 11 points.
They lost by one point against at the Cardinals when their field goal kicker missed a 37 yard field goal with 4 seconds on the clock.
The Cowboys will have their work cut out for them. I think this will be the best team they have faced so far.
Their HC Mike Zimmer was a Cowboys DC under Parcells. He believes in being prepared and his defense will be ready.

Cowboys avg 34.7 ppg.
2013 Broncos are NFL all time ppg leader at 37.9
We are doing just fine on offense. EVERY team has a holding, false start, hands to the face that kills drives.

I agree. I have seen comments saying we are homers to expect the Cowboys to win? I ask why? Dallas is 5-1 we are not underdogs in this game and while Minn should not be taken lightly they are still 3-3 and I don't care about losing close games, Moral victories do not mean a damn thing. They lost vs good teams and have beaten no one with a winning record. Does that ring a bell for some around here? I don't count this as some sure win but I sure as hell will not down play what Dallas has done thus far.
Zimmer will play a lot of zone but they have struggled vs. run, giving up an average of 6 yards a pop.
Zeke, TP and OL should have a field day.
Even if Cowboys not successful early, need to be patient and keep hammering Minny front 7 to get them on their heels instead of pinning ears back and going after Dak.
Cowboys defense will give up yards, but cannot give up points. Vikes have not been efficient scoring and this is their Achilles Heel.
Cousins will rack up yards but is prone to giving up ball as well.
Cousins hates pressure up middle, so need to keep hitting him. Gregory, Osa, Parsons, Kearse should also take advantage of their rook OT.

Should be a tough game for the Cowboys. I look at this like the Panthers game..a heavy weight fight were the game will be won in the 4th Q. Defense needs to get pressure on Cousins.. could use a big game from Parsons rushing up the middle.
Cowboys have put a 40 3 times this year. Vikings were lucky to put up 30. Cowboys by 10
Vikes offense is overrated.
Especially Cousins and that OL.
Osa should have a big day. And DQ needs to be sending Parsons up the A gap all game long.
And I'm giving Gregory the SLIGHT edge against Vikes rook LT.

It went from Cowboys -2.5 to Minnesota -3 in a matter of hours
For the gambling amateurs out there, this means Vegas has been made aware that Dak isn’t playing by extremely reliable NFL sources. Lines don’t move like that without definitive information.

Yeah, they’re sitting Dak. Might be the smart move for the long run.
t will be interesting to see what the game plan will be with Rush starting the game. I actually think Moore and Quinn can steal this game with a quality game plan.
The defense MUST keep the game in the low 20s.
Should have moved 15 if Rush is playing...
Let’s just hope Cooper Rush can turn into 2017 Nick Foles…
Rush is going to have to complete some passes. Goodness he is awful. I can’t get his preseason starts out of my head.
we beat MN last season with dalton and heavy run game and worse defense and patchwork ol..
so a better team this year why not? its not an auto loss with dak out just smaller margin of victory , lower scoring close tough game..

Let's hope Zeke and Pollard have a big game, Diggs picks off Cousins a couple times, Dallas wins and Dak plays next weekend.
Nah.. Dallas has a good team and a strong strong run game.
We do a lot of quick passing too which most QBs can do. It’s all the vertical stuff over the middle of the field we will miss the most with Dak.
-3 seems about right. Dallas is still very capable of winning.

We beat them with Dalton with a inferior defense compared to last year. We can win.
This upcoming loss will be on the FO.....for being so nearsighted and not getting at least a capable backup this season. They knew Dak was coming back from two injuries so without even taking the calf injury into account, they should have still planned for this to occur. The D may do its part, but Dallas will still need at least 24 points. I have no confidence whatsoever on Rush to even be a bus driver at this point. More like a deranged Lyft driver under the influence. On national TV no less. LOL.

Thoughts on their thoughts?!
