With Darrisaw finally starting at LT (and actually looking decent for a rookie LT), IF (and I do mean IF) the Vikings can manage to get Davis enough practice snaps and IF he can play at a decent enough level similar to Darrisaw, and IF everyone remains relatively healthy, then the depth of this team (at least on offense) looks a bit better than it did to start the season.
OL: Darrisaw, Ezra, Bradbury, Davis, O'Neill
This is the OL that Vikes fans imagined after the 2021 Draft and since Udoh is regressing at RG, it could come to fruition of Davis can improve. Quite honestly, with Udoh, Hill & Cole as the primary backups, that's not a bad OL situation to have and for the first time in a long time, we could say the OL situation is relatively stable (knock on wood there).
WR: Thielen, Jefferson, Osborn, Westbrook, everyone else
With the emergence of Osborn, it really helps out this group and the entire offense a bunch. Even if Thielen or Jefferson had to miss a game, Osborn could step in and at least provide competence at the WR position opposite whichever one isn't out, and Westbrook could easily slide into the WR3 position. It's not the deepest WR room in the league, but with Osborn emerging, it certainly gives the Vikes some much needed depth.
What this says to me is something that Judd stated yesterday during the postgame "Vent Line" show - the Vikings are an offensive team, not a defensive one. The strength of this team is their offense, and Mike Zimmer is either going to have to learn to adapt to that or he's going to sink this team's chances to play in January and ultimately cost himself and the rest of the coaching staff their jobs.
Adapt or die Zimmer...
