Trevor Lawrence will not be the best qb from this class i guarantee it. It’s either going to be Wilson or fields I am certain of it. Lance has a chance because of who is coaching him but it won’t be Lawrence. It’s either Wilson or fields. Man I’m so mad we didn’t give up a bit more draft capital to get fields. Kid is going to be good.

PA was talking earlier in the preseason like he might not make the team because he wasn't good in the slot.

Don't put him in the slot.

Can't make contested catches...still learning his route tree...haven't seen his speed really come out yet (gets caught by ST coverage guys too easy for someone w/ great speed)...

But the good thing I'll say is that he's taken some hits and he's hung onto the ball and has gotten up each time, too....

If Westbrook is healthy and plays to his pre-injury ability, he's the clearcut #3....shame we couldn't see him suit up tonight....

Osborne has impressed me more. Although that's not saying much. I don't think either one of them stood out. They'd probably be a 4 or 5 on any other team.

There are 2 ways that will happen....

1) We have to get into a position to have a Top 3 pick, but the only is to have a horrific season and that won't happen w/ Zimmer here...we'll win too many games and get to 6-7 wins on our bad seasons....

2) We have to have a GM and scouting Dept that will do what is necessary to find the right QB and get him on Draft Day (like KC did w/ Mahomes on Draft Day)....Rick was too afraid to move up to get Fields (costs too much) so you know he'll never do it....

Basically, it won't happen w/ Rick and Zimmer here...

Mond did decent tonight. That pick I put on the TE wasn't a perfect pass but dang we need better awareness and effort. Mond has tools to work with. I said I believe in his upside but this coaching ouch. Won't do him no favors in development.

But you would be first to say how wrong everybody was wrong when they win. I guarantee if the vikings win game 1…”see…you were wrong… just trust mike and rick…”You cant have it both way. Blah everybody for their negativity when they win, then shame everybody for being negative when they lose or suck.
The team deserves to be criticized. The franchise sucks and blows. The only reason this team is ever in the playoff is the bears and lions. THATS PATHETIC.

I wouldn't call Dantzler's play tonight a positive...he played way too soft and allowed too many catches and he didn't tackle all that well....I don't care what his PFF grade is, it was basically a lesser version of T Waynes, minus the tackling ability and recover speed.....
