One small problem
Personal ethics refers to the ethics that a person identifies with in respect to people and situations that they deal with in everyday life. Professional ethics refers to the ethics that a person must adhere to in respect of their interactions and business dealings in their professional life.
Actually it's not just school that requires vaccinations so do jobs and soon people will find that out.
Values stem from our beliefs are things that we deem important and are about how we think things ought to be or people ought to behave. Morals are a system of beliefs that is taught for deciding good or bad as opposed to coming from within and are emotionally related for deciding right or wrong.

to me they are all the same thing when it comes the code on how one choose to guide their life by beliefs, morals, ethics. all the same to me
They are covered by law. They impower the employers mandates. Once the FDA approval comes forward you will find this out. Schools and businesses will be fast and swift. We can play word games but mandates are laws that if broken will have consequences. This happens to fall under infectious disease which is guided by law. Jobs travel education and others are all covered in all 50 states.
