I am going to try to break down the ladder of what is the fault of the organization,. What their positive attribute and negative.
Wilfs: Good, I think they should let who they hire do what they feel is the right thing. A owner to me should hire the guys and let them do there job. They never been shy opening the wallet. They let the people they hired do their thing. Bad: be quicker to hold people accountable let them make decisions, but when those decisions blow up bring the hammer down. They have that right when they allow them to do that unlike Jerry Jones. Who makes all decisions. It is hard to fire somebody who you never let make decisions. The Wilfs have that right because they let them do their jobs.
Rob Brez: Good, he finds ways to squeeze guys in when it seems impossible some way some how he does. Bad: He is the one doing contracts. Rick ask him can they be squeezed in. He needs to open his mouth more and tell Rick when a certain contract will damage us. Rob is the one who did the Cousins contract, he should have been honest and said we can't have the language and structure like that.
Rick: Good, he is active on draft day he does his best to try and give every position a guy they want and builds through the draft. Bad: He panics and his trade game is trash when it is desperation trades. When a injury occurs he makes fatal trade decisions see Bradford, Yannick, and that kicker from Ravens. He also is the final call so if you feel we should go another way, be firm and say nope buck stops with me we going OL not CB. Stop being a puppet.
Zim: Good, he knows Defense outside of major injuries he can be counted on to field a good defense, Defensive guys on the team and around the league respects and want to play for him a lot of times. Bad: CB, CB, CB. He eat, sleeps, sh*ts CBs and defense. Like a glorified DC, but he can't have that lopsided love as HC. The difference between DC and HC is you better love and have the same urgency for both sides. You responsible for the whole operation.
Cousins: Good, he is far from a terrible QB and has stretches where he plays top 10. Durable and seems like a good guy as a human being. Keeps us from feeling like we have a terrible QB. Bad: Streaky he has his hot streaks, yet can get cold as ice for stretches. Thinks numbers alone makes him top 5 do that in more big games. He came up big against Saints, but far to often plays bad in critical moments. Get your money I get it Mahomes and others did. Geez though you could have let us put some of that in signing bonuses or something workout bonuses allowing us not to be tied down with no wiggle room on a fully guaranteed deal like many others did.
So yeah they all have positives, yet their is blame to go around. It is a love hate relationship for me with all of them. I give props when I should and blast them when I should. Some make me mad more than others at the end of the day I hold no grudges if they can prove it cool. Learn and correct things and I will be like cool, if not make changes not personal but stricly business. I want to win regardless of who get's it done is who I want in charge. Them or somebody else, but it is about results for me.
