"alcohol induced"? Was the alcohol forced upon them too? Again I get back to why women would willingly want to put themselves in these apparent dangerous situations. I mean are these new techniques the rapists are using? And I'm not saying the women don't have the right to party, or the right to expect not to get raped, I'm just wondering what's more important or a priority. How important is a party in the grand scheme of things if rape is the worst possible thing? Why aren't they having women only parties? Your expectation to not get raped means squat after you're raped. Yeah I know, women should be free to do whatever and all that, but this isn't a fairy tale, this is reality where women do in fact get raped. And it sucks that they have to, but they should in fact take more precautions based on that reality. ALL rapists know rape is wrong so this nonsense about teaching men not to rape as a solution is just going to put more women in situations where they will in fact get raped because it's going to give them a false sense of security. Reality doesn't care if that's offensive or unfair. A womans best chance of not getting raped starts with herself. That's the same with everyone when it comes to anything. Pedestrians have the right of way when crossing a street (which is the stupidest f*cking right ever invented), but your rights aren't going to mean sh*t to you if you're dead, so you look BOTH ways if you're smart. I'm guessing the people who don't look before crossing get hit by cars more often. And I'm guessing the women who avoid the unnecessary rape parties aren't the ones getting raped.

I'll try this one more time. How do you know she actually said no if there's no evidence? You want to believe everyone woman that accuses someone of rape, and I'm saying we need an investigation because women are more than capable, and do in fact lie for any number of reasons. If there's no evidence then how can we come to any other conclusion than a rape didn't occur? I'm curious to know what magic you're using where you automatically know when a rape actually occurred and the justice system doesn't?

Whether or not a rape actually occurred is something we'll never know in those cases if we have no evidence. I'm not sure what you want to do? You keep dodging the question. What would you do when the evidence isn't clear? I'm sure sometimes a rape did occur and sometimes it didn't. That's all we know. I'm never going to be in favor of ruining someones life on a maybe. It sucks if someone gets off on a maybe, but if we actually knew, it wouldn't be a maybe and they wouldn't have gotten off ... unless they had the Casey Anthony jury ofc. But yeah, you can't just start ruining lives on maybe's.

But here's what I know. Alcohol is bad news, it's no secret. It clouds your judgement and just about everything else, and it lowers everyone's inhibitions. Nobody is immune to the effects of alcohol. Some think they are, but they're not. Whenever alcohol is involved, the level of doubt is automatically going to increase, as it should. But there's a simple solution to that, and it's called not drinking. Just say no. No means no. It's called making responsible choices. Last time I checked, nobody needs alcohol to survive, or to get a good job, or to anything. You don't even need it to have a good time. Name anything in life where being under the influence is a valid excuse? It doesn't matter what you do, if you do it under the influence, the law is going to come down on you hard, and nobody feels sorry for you. Oh expect when a drunk woman accuses someone of rape. Then we suddenly want to give her the benefit of the doubt because it's somehow impossible for a drunk woman to do something stupid, or feel ashamed, or be vindictive? That's why investigations need to happen, and we need better than circumstantial evidence. Because woman are more than capable of lying and being vindictive.

I'm curious to know how far your double standards go ... do women ever take advantage of drunk guys, or do they ever use alcohol to take advantage of a guy sexually or otherwise? Can women date rape men in your opinion and do you believe it actually happens? Are you just as outraged when a woman traps a guy with pregnancy?
