He's a dc dinosaur who's consistently shown he's not up to the hc job for so many reasons. But I get that the nonstop excuse making for him is par for the course here.

I watched them grade the 2018 draft they actually gave Carlson a A grade because of what he's done for the Raiders. I think he'd be a solid F dont care how he looks on another team its how did he do here. No i agree you should wait about 3 years just wanted to post that cuz i was bored and thought some of their grades on this past draft were nuts.

GM's should not be rewarded for drafting people who they don't keep.
That's really dumb to give credit for someone you didn't have enough conviction to hold.
