Mike Lynn ran things through the Super Bowl era, 80's and 90's.
Fran Foley ran the 2006 draft which was actually pretty sound. (hit on 2-3 good players out of 6).
1 Chad Greenway
2 Cedric Griffin
2 Ryan Cook
2 Tarvaris Jackson
4 Ray Edwards
5 Greg Blue
Dennis Green was awesome at the draft. Had about 13 pro-bowlers in 12 years of draft. (Lacking picks in rounds 1-3 in his first three years).
Playoffs almost every year. Ran into Mike Lynn's Dallas Dynasty a few times unfortunately.
The questionable time with Rick and Chilly had mixed results, but better than post Chilly. Hit about 25%
Adrian Peterson

Joe Webb - started as many playoff games as Rick S's 4 QB's drafted since.
Mickey Shuler
Ryan D'Imperio
Since Chilly has been gone, we've had mostly wasted picks. maybe a 7-8% hit rate. Easily under 10% of "GOOD" players.

There are a few guys on Rick's list that could still be good players but might be too early to call them "GOOD" compared to the other proven players (Irv Smith Jr for example).
