2020 DL

It's going to be worse in 2021. 2023 is the first year we will have freedom in workable cap space. If Kirk reworks his deal to push money down the line it won't be a good thing for 2 reasons. First we will be pushing dead cap and extending the issues and Kirk will be under center with a horn on his helmet longer.

There is less resources then 2020 and even more issues. We have issues in these areas for different reasons. All will be lacking and I'm not even going to touch on backups. OL we seriously may be looking at having to replace from LT to RG and O'Neill will be wanting to get a raise and may force his way out. That would be 5 new OL. We all want improvements but with limited resources good luck. WR we need at least 1 more solid option 2 would be ideal. TE I would say 1. I wont touch back up QB but yeah we need one.

DL 3 out of 4 I'm not sold on Pierce and I wouldn't count on him and he's been discussed as one they may let walk for cap relief. Hunter even if he comes back may never be the same and his career will be shortened and that's not me just saying so it's a known fact. At LB 2 at S 2 Smith isn't what he was and Harris is gone. CB 3 more. This team will be a mess for a few more years especially with Spielman and Zimmer here longer.

Either cut him and take dead cap hit, trade him, or let him finish his contract. No other choices should be ever considered.

We need to get 2nd round pick somehow.   Restructure Cousin’s salary.  Trade Barr and Rudolph.   Draft Florida QB Trask or Alabama QB Jones as our 1st round pick.  I know we have so many holes on both sides.  Hopefully, we could find OT in FA or 2nd round if we can get.  

3T or QB should be their top priority... no second round pick though is going to make fixing what needs to be fixed very hard to do. I think between Wonnum and Odenigbo, they can get some decent production out of one of those end spots and someone else suggested, getting Griff back on a 1 year deal to help with that rotation makes a ton of sense... but without a pass rushing 3T, this DL is still in trouble. They also need at least one OG and quite possibly 2 since I doubt Reiff is back. Oh, and I mention they need a QBotF? I suppose they're stuck with Cousins for 2 more seasons, so drafting a QB doesn't make sense, but if they're better next year, which they probably will be, they're now in worse shape to go get one.

First off remember Ifeadis big stink when we brought in Yannick LMAO, dont get me wrong I thought Ifeadi was going to be something but this year has proved he is a career 3rd down rusher. Funny how the coaches know more than us fans about the players on the team maybe? I mean maybe he has a chance if Hunter comes back himself hell have less eyes on him. I think the Dline is more of an issue than the Oline and that is just sad. Obv Hunter and Pierce next year is huge upgrade but we still need the 3T we have been needing since Sharrif Floyd. This needs to be addressed possibly first round I would not mind at all. Sucks we dont have that 2nd round pick.

You're right about Odenigbo... but then why did they trade a second for Ngakoue, realize he wasn't a fit, and then trade him for a much less valuable pick? If the coaches know so much, how did they make such a big blunder?
