I think with the team still seeming to play hard for Zimmer I'd say definitely keep him for 2021. I do agree with you on Gary Kubiak as a HC, didn't do all too much at Houston and then took over a team that had a top 3 defense and was AFC champions 2 years earlier not to mention having a QB that could read a defense like a book 99% of the time. I think he's a good OC but as a HC he's 87-77 all time. Not exactly a great overall record and honestly i dont think he even wants to be a HC.
