These guys who are playing for their jobs have lost 10 straight games, and Marrone has been proven to be a poor coach and he has reportedly never been liked in the locker room, even going back to his Bills days. Perhaps if they hired him they would have a reason for a boost in motivation.

No QB has a winning record when the Defense gives up 30+ points a game over any period of time. The myth that a good QB can overcome a bad defense is limited to a small percentage of wins over a career. No QB does it on a regular basis.

Funny how Rodgers and Fave won when their defenses only gave up 15 and 13 points per game. But couldn't overcome those defenses giving up more points per game to win again.

If the Jags win a few games they still have the 2nd or 3rd pick and the team currently in 3rd place now just took a QB. Dallas at 4 could go QB but they are fighting to win a playoff spot so they aren't tanking. I doubt the Chargers will at 5 they also just got a QB. I also don't believe the QB class to be as strong as others. Not top 10 strong. Thwy may be picked high but IMO not worthy.

That's all great that you can look at others work copy and paste but you should have done so vs the person you gave criteria to or they to you. What I responded to didn't have that criteria. The names I listed carried or have ability to. The 30 pts I don't care about.

The QBs I listed all have the ability to comeback and win in my list. They are clutch when it matters. They all can win despite how their D played or ranked that day.

I don't see all as elite but they all have or had the ability to put it on their shoulders.

See the problem is I could go into say a team like the 98 Vikings the offense made the defense statistically better then they actually where. When they needed to be their ranking they weren't. See when you cherry pick 1 criteria it can make any stat skewed. I could if I cared to prove you wrong. I don't need to. Why because there is a great tool. It's called common sense. When you pick an outlier on the spectrum of stats it has little bases to the truth. The Nick Olsen character is a prime example. Just like what you did. Great if that's what someone asked for. Again I responded to your simple response and what you responded back with proved nothing to what I posted.

I guess if you want to prove anything with stats you have to dissect each play and what each player did or didn't do to be 100% accurate. That stat doesn't exist so there is always wiggle room. All I know is with the ball in hand on the last drive down and needing a score I can bet you and everyone else has QBs in mind to who's hands would and wouldn't be better to have on a football.

Guys that have the abilities are not the Kirk Cousins of the world.
