Google it. One article doesnt do it justice. You can find several
Only found one, by a nobody at something called Clutchpoints (?). The list was called "5 NFL teams that would be most impacted without fans"
The teams, in order, were the Steelers, Chiefs, Vikings, Saints, and Seahawks.
Everyone knows where this is going, but here are their home records anyway:
Steelers: 5-0
Chiefs : 4-1
Saints : 5-1
Seattle : 5-0
The Vikings are 1-4 at home, with twice as many home losses as the other 4 teams combined.
But let's set aside the fact that the Vikings are the only team who've been affected out of all the teams on that list, and assume that you're right anyway, and US Bank Stadium gives the Vikings one of the greatest home field advantages in the NFL.
And then let's acknowledge that if the Vikings lose more than one game to finish the season, they will fail to surpass 8 wins for the third time in 5 seasons playing in US Bank Stadium... and that they currently have an 80% chance (according to fivethirtyeight.com) to miss the playoffs for the 3rd time in those same 5 seasons.
So you're saying that Zimmer's job should be safe with just two good seasons out of five played at US Bank, even though you believe he's had the advantage of playing half his games in one of the easiest places in the NFL to win a home game?
Not sure I'm following the logic there.
