If we lose coming out of the buy....make changes...fire Zimmer, Fire Spielman. Kubiak moves to Interim Coach. as much as i hate to see it happen....continue to move older players and guys who arent in long term plans

I like most of that. I am not real high on Bienemy, I think he just riding Reid. Could be wrong just not super high on him. He does deserve a chance somewhere though.

Ok so first I am a proponent of going after a college coach as you can see the nfl going that way in concepts. Second I love the coaches who are "already" great leaders of programs i.e. Licoln Riley, David Shaw, Brian Kelly

Matt Campbell is the head coach of Iowa State. I have watched big 10 and big 12 football all my life and Iowa State was probably one of the worst programs forever. Couldn't get talent there forever. He came from Toeldo and has completely turned that deal around. He is a hell of a coach with what he has to work with. I think he has been mentioned before as name to watch in the NFL

I also am a fan of getting a coach in there 40s. I believe he is late 30s early 40s.

Ownership has to rip off the bandaid of their perpetual attachment to the wrong people. Hanging on to Rick and Zim and ignoring objective evidence of what their limitations and flaws are. Not getting expert advice on hiring over the years. Letting the team keep overpaid players around and ones who aren't performing for reasons beyond football like he's from Minnesota, we love him, he's been here so long, he's the coach's pet, oh how will we ever survive without him like nobody else in the world could play that position, etc.

An organization is only as good as the people at the very top. Until they realize their p.r. b.s. isn't a substitute for making tough decisions and really going after it, not just talking about going after it, this franchise will keep stumbling. And with so many recent mistakes it's looking like a team in 3-6 win territory for 2020/21/22 minimum. Maybe that will be enough to wake up Mr. Wilf.
