So, Bridgewater put up better numbers than Ponder in two more games, and better than Tarkenton in a completely different era of football when teams passed considerably less. And still, even AFTER HE'S GONE, some people just keep swooning over the utter nothing special he ever provided! He wasn't great! He wasn't very good! He was a decidely average QB producing at a decidely below average rate. Now, two seasons since he last took a meaningful snap, he's about to be relegated to irrelevance in a new city, yet we still get to hear about how great he was, as if we didn't watch the games? How much longer? When does the statute of limitations run out on Bridgewater love?
I'm always going to love Teddy. You should have known that the moment he was drafted. You knew he was my guy. But, dude ... I'm the ONE person on this board who loves Teddy. One. One whole person. There are plenty more here who agree with you and your negativity, so please ... let's not pretend you're some sort of victim of overbearing Teddy love. It's not a thing... lol

P.S. It's a slow news day. I saw a Teddy tid. I posted it. Feel free to post any football-related news that is, in your opinion, more worthy of discussion.
