While Teddy needed all those games to shake off the rust I do feel like by the end of his Saints run he was back to his 2015 playoff form.
I expect this full offseason as the starter in Carolina should see Teddy equal to what he was in the preseason of 2016, and this Fall we should see the Teddy Bridgewater we WOULD'VE had in Fall of 2016.
If Teddy supporters want to hang their hat on anything, they should just stick to what he did in those 5 wins with the Saints last year. His most recent body of work. Specifically those last 3 games where he completed 67% of his passes for an average of about 280 yards per game, 7 TD's, only 1 INT, for a 108 rating.
But he's on a more inferior team now with not so much talent around him, with a coaching staff that has ZERO experience. As @keeniac pointed out earlier, why did he choose the Panthers over the Dolphins if he indeed passed on the Dolphins due to their dysfunction, like his apologists like to claim? He was soooo smart last year xD.
