I'm extremely worried about the starting duo of Elf-Bradbury...... I just see them continuing to get pushed around.....
Noone has yet to answer my question: has Ezra ever played Guard in his life? To me, he doesn't seem a good fit at guard. Besides, asking a guy to play in his rookie season at a position he's never played before (or has he? I'm assuming he's always been a tackle. Whoever can research and correct me if needed).
That's not fair to the kid.... and beyond that, Rick/Zimmer/Kubiak will stick with Elflein. Watch and see.
So that leaves Cleveland as a backup to Reiff this season. Bc I doubt they will start a trio of Ezra-Elf-Bradbury on that side.... it would be a relatively young and inexperienced blind side of the line. Hopefully Ezra proves he's the real deal right off the bat and we cut Reiff and don't have to look back..... that would be ideal.... but not realistic to expect that of the rookie.
How about this idea.... I don't think they will do it, but I'd like to see them give this a test run:
LT: Cleveland
LG: Samia
C: Bradbury
RG: Reiff
RT: ONeill
He played G in high school. He was a two way player and actually went to Boise to play DL and switches to OL.
