you are the one using stats slick not me. Peyton has played in 26 playoff games winning 13 including 2 super bowls. Rodgers is 10-8 with one super bowl. And ill point out again manning had to compete against tom brady in his conference to make the super bowl. Who was the dominant qb rodgers had to battle in the nfc? Ryan? Newton? Eli? But yeah your stats are cute. That's not how i measure greatness though. Also the 80s and even 90s were a completely different game for offenses so stacking up qbs from those eras statistically with those of today isn't really an accurate measuring stick
(Facepalm)
You do realize that Rodgers playoff win/loss ratio is better than Mannings too, right?
Lmfao so actual production doesnt matter, it's all about wins and losses, but Peyton has a lesser win/loss ratio in the playoffs than Rodgers..... do you see the issue here? The very thing you are appealing to that makes Peyton > Rodgers, Rodgers is STILL better at lmao. Your excuse about Peyton having to play the Cheatriots obviously doesnt make up for the fact that he plays WAY worse in the playoffs than Rodgers and also has a lesser playoff win/loss ratio.
Not really fair to credit Peyton with an additional ring considering (not only did he have nothing to do with actually winning it), he didnt get that ring until he was older than Rodgers is now. So we have to give Rodgers the same amount of time.
Even relative to the era they played in, noone else on your list compares to Rodgers statistically, Marino would be the closest but you didnt mention him.
4 super bowl appearances vs 1. Case closed. The fact that manning got to 2 and won another super bowl late in his career isn't helping your argument
