We have no idea if the Vikings offered him a deal or not, and Waynes likely wanted to hit free agency to get paid as much as possible, so it's hard to say "that's why we let him walk".
I said he's not good, and THAT is why we let him walk.
if he was so great, we would've prioritized keeping him and would've found a way to keep our former #11 pick.
That is why the CB position isn't a big concern for me going forward. Not only do we have a few potential CB starters already on the roster, we will likely be adding another young CB talent in the draft. I believe that was the plan when we hired Daronte Jones and Roy Anderson before free agency. We just replaced our CBs and coaches, what do you think?
