yeah, um, "Don from Ohio", dude, we checked this math last week during the formation of TITTS and 0-0 is not a winning percentage this week either. In fact neither is 0-1 or 0-2, or 1-2, or even 2-2, which are all records the Saints had before they even sniffed "winning percentage"
The fact they have won 8 or 9 straight is irrelevant to when we played them. We didn't play the 9-2 Saints, or the 3-2 Saints.
Likewise, the Packers lost their starting star QB, and the team we beat was 4-1 but was without him most of the game so that win is a special case that carries an asterisk. But whoever beat them the next week played a garbage, Rodgers-less team not a pretty decent 4-2 team. But I'm sure their fans are chirping about how they beat the 4-2 Pukers.
The only way you can measure the strength of the teams you play is by their record when you beat them. Its an imperfect method because early in the year you don't really know how good teams are, but the imperfection of saying we beat a good team in the Saints should also be evident. They weren't good then. Using the record when you played them is the least imperfect method, IMNSHO.
