So why should we keep Zimmer and they better be to my liking or you can pound sand. I haven't seen one with a legitimate reason from you yet. See how this game works.

No one is here to do homework? How many of us look up stats, listen to podcasts, read articles, watch film, etc.? Remember, that's literally what we do here. NO TROUBLE at all talking about the other 99% of everything Vikings-related. That isn't weird to you? I don't think I'm asking too much by asking for some additional discussion. Heck, I, MYSELF, have an idea of who I would like to see be a HC soon. Ours? Not necessarily, because I prefer Zimmer, but I would like to see him somewhere one of these years. So, I've even done the work, and I'm not even for firing Zimmer! Wasn't that hard...

Both guys have learned from 2 of the best gm’s for awhile now and have their hands heavily in a lot of their teams drafts. Word all over the internet is caserio would already be the patriots gm if bill b had already retired. He has been with the patriots for since 2001 and learned under bill. Started off as an assistant coach with them. Dude has had a career already with a doctoral in the patriot way and is 45. I would roll the dice on him as my first choice. Would be up to the wilfs to 1st let spielman go and 2 offer up big $ because I think that’s would it would take to get him as gm. But between the wilfs being hands off owners and letting the gm run the team and them spending money on the roster. Also the fact they just built some of the best training/practice facilities in the nfl I don’t see why the Vikings wouldn’t be a sweet spot for any potential gm.

You're exactly right, though. Minnesota would be a great landing spot! However, I question if Caserio would prefer to stick around, assuming he's the next in line?

I mean, look at McDaniels. I'm assuming he's still there because he thinks he's the next in line, especially with all that drama with the Colts. He obviously thinks the time is coming when he gets his shot there in New England. Maybe Caserio has similar thoughts?

Who knows about that Patriots team, though. The next couple of years will tell us a lot. However, awesome suggestion! I looked into the guy, and he does seem like an intriguing option. That many years behind the scenes with the GOAT? Definitely worth the look.

He could be or he's just Spielmans security blanket. I honestly want total change nothing from inside. It's a double edge sword. You want to see what they have that is different yet you don't want more of the same. Stefanski and Paton have been here too long IMO to get much change. It's a hard call.

I wouldn’t say I would be opposed to that, but even if we are upping his pay I’m sure if a team offered him a gm title he would jump all over that in a second. So the fact that he isn’t a gm now is kind of worrisome. Also I’m not too sure how his skills are at identifying qb talent, but if he has been helping spielman than I would not be on board with him as the gm.

why bother doing anything then? Real change starts with who controls the draft.
Shitcan spielman, hire stefanski, make him hire a gm. And #1 marker is justifying the contract of cousins next year. Meaning win the division and get a bye.
