Ha! I was rolling my eyes as I typed it up. I figured since the Twins were in 2nd place in HR's at the time, I better put Cousins 2nd to tie it all together. But I guess now Cousins would have to pass Mahomes by 1 in the final game. But how scary bad would our defense have to be if we needed Cousins to throw 60+ TD's? We might still be 8-8, but at least getting to 8-8 that way sounds like more fun than our current way.

It reminds me of when the T-Wolves were an expansion team back in 89-90. They hired the defensive minded Musselman as coach and OMFG were the Wolves boring. It's like cheese and rice, you're an expansion team so you're going to do a lot of losing anyway, so why do we have to make it that much worse by losing 88 to 74 every game? If you're going to lose, have fun with it. Should have hired Paul Westhead for that expansion season lol. The Nuggets hired him the following year and they lost on average 130-119. They lost their opener 162-158. Doesn't that sound like more fun? The fun-n-gun system. Better than Musselman's snooze-n-lose system. Way to set the tone for your franchise Minnesota.
