NFC North Discussion

You go on other NFL team forums as well I see. Good way to kill some time when you have a few spare moments. More about being a fan of the whole NFL, keeping an eye on all 32 teams more than anything else. Never been on one of the Seahawks forums. I think I remember trying to register once and they were supposed to send me an email to activate my account and never received it. Probably didn't like the PackerNation name.:-)

I've never really had any issues on any of the forums I have been on. The most issues I ever encountered are on this forum. Have seen better and worse forums since like 1998 when this style of NFL forum were all the rage. lol.

Yeah, FudgePackers and ViQueens are all kinda played out at this point. Surprised no one here has heard Vikings fans being referred to as Barney's before. I never really considered it to be all that derogatory.

Again, this is the NFL section of the forum, and a NFC North thread. That is why you see a Josh Jacobs video here. No one is forcing you to view it.

Not "upset" at all. I told you to please keep hating on all things Packers.

Just odd to try and take a shot at Josh Jacobs. If he would have signed with the Vikings you would be calling him the greatest RB since Sweetness.:-)

I knew that'd be the comeback...more specifically, an NFC North section...it's still a Vikings fan page, yes? See much green and gold? Generally, this means a place for Vikings fans to talk about other teams.

I've never said Packers fans are bad, never even said you were. I can't speak for others, but IMO a reason you get most of the backlash you do has nothing to do with you being a Packer fan and everything to do with how you come across. You're not going to win people over by sharing your opinions as facts and telling other people their opinions are wrong....that wouldn't even fly for you on a Packer board, so it's sure not going to on a rival team's board.

Here's the thing. The viewpoint of fans from other teams can be very enlightening if you allow it to be. I've seen a Vikings fan last less than 30 minutes on the forum of another team. Personally, I welcome the input of other teams' fans. It keeps the expectations of our fans in check. For example, on one of the Packer forums I belong to they have a thread titled, "Days till the Glorious Run". Is it arrogance or expectation? So far I have not posted in that thread. I'm waiting to see how the season progresses for them.

Can you show me some examples(even one) of where I used the word "wrong" in responding to someone's opinion? I'll look forward to seeing evidence of that. If I did that I would be surprised and be more than happy to apologize.

I know for a fact that I often say 'you are entitled to your opinion.' If I do see some misinformation about the Packers that is not just opinion, I will indeed post the actual factual information. I don't think because it's a Vikings board it should be ok to post complete BS about the Packers. I think everyone appreciates knowing all information posted here is as accurate as possible.
