The penalty negated the interception, giving Minnesota new life. The Vikings went down the field, scoring the game-tying touchdown and two-point conversion eight plays later.

Matthews was miffed after the game, lost for an explanation for what he thought was a clean hit.

"Tell me: Did I put pressure on him? I thought I hit him within his waist, his chest. I got my head across, put my hands down. To call it at that point of the game is just unbelievable. Last week, OK, shame on me. But this week, that's unbelievable.

Exactly like the Kendricks hit buddy. Don't see you whining about that one.

Oh I'll have side by side GIF's of both plays later.

Not to mention the phantom defensive holding after a Harrison Smith INT. And Sendejo getting a roughing penalty on 3rd down. Yeah tell us about bad calls. Or the calls that weren't made like the obvious push-off by Adams on his TD. They seem to get one of those in every game against us at Lameblow.

Don't forget the knee down on a touched player that got up and made the first down (should have been red flagged, but also should have been called correctly to begin with).

... and that is getting personal and being rude. Your premise is fine, but calling people delusional and juvenile is not friendly discussion. There are expectations that fans will present their opinions, viewpoints, and rants on a football board. There is no need to attack the person rather than the information in the post if one disagrees.

I agree that by the end of the game, the penalties and calls were more or less a wash, but the Packers were holding, sometimes blatantly so, in the first half without a call. Not just the pads hold either. Arm bars, wrapping, and grabbing were not called. When they were finally called, it was questionable. Packers defenders were also grabbing Vikings receivers a lot. The Vikings did get away with a PI in the game, but there was a blatant holding non-call on the Packers that was missed on the same play.

The Packers use a lot of push off, engage and complain, and picks - some illegal and some not. The refs should know what to call, but it is often subjective.

Refs were hard to judge on Sunday. Do not mind if they call them loose or tight as long as they are consistent. This was random both ways, bad for a game that was probably the FOX national game at noon.

It was definitely poor officiating. The only reason we couldn't get to Aaron Rodgers as much was because we were getting held and the refs didn't wanna call it. They wanted protect Aaron

The media is exactly what I predicted .. All about the packers getting a blown call and we should of lost. Anybody that actually watched the game can agree the refs screwed both teams. Something needs fired!

I honesty don't know what to think about yesterday. Kirk and the offense deserved the win. That's what sticking with me. The fact that a QB and OC that are in a new offense in week 2 came back from an 8 point deficit with their backs against the wall is just unbelievable. Then in OT to roll down the field. Flip called in OUTSTANDING game in WEEK 2. WEEK 2!! It's an absolute shame that Carlson missed that kick and couldn't get the win for Kirk. Kirk took a beating on the throw he made to Thielen. The Dlineman went low on Kirk and almost made me skip a breath. I don't know what to feel right now. I'm an absolute wreck right now.

Why are you a wreck we trailed the whole game and were pretty lucky to get the tie . I want to know why it took Zimmer until the 4th qtr to realize if you blitz them they have to unload the ball quick and cant get the deeper plays off . I wont even go into how I feel about settling for a FG attempt when we were gashing them with our passing game and had plenty of time to throw at least two into the EZ .
