That's the thing, who knows what these new draft picks are capable of. I understand these aren't any household names or projected picks but they still addressed needs. As I keep saying, you can find starters outside of the 1st round. It may take some time to groom but the Vikings have time. Pat Eflien despite his PFF grade, did a good job. The line isn't wasn't as bad as ppl claim. We got to the NFC championship game and despite that blowout loss, the offense was still able to move the ball from what I remember. For all we know Hernandez or Daniels could be the next Matt Kalil. I just don't believe in doubting picks, especially before they even get a chance to take a snap. Everybody grades different. A lot factors into it. You can have good players but perform badly because they don't fit the scheme the team is running. Whoever would've though Tom Brady would have been the gym that he is. Gotta have faith. That's why you have coaches, because they're supposed to coach and not always depend on players who were at the top of their conference. That's why it works for the Patriots. Not saying they couldn't find top talent in the 30s but they actually had a great coaching staff who can turn a bag of chips into a quality football player. And lately the Vikings have been doing that. We have some lower draft picks and UDFAs who have become top players for us. Don't see why some of the players out this new group can't do the same.
